Site Supervision Guidelines for Directional Drilling Projects
Introduction
Like all
other construction sites, Directional Drilling work site, due to its
complex work nature, needs equal amount of planning & care prior to
initiation. Some important aspects to consider before preparing the job
site are discussed in the table below. The table also has two columns one
to express its state and the last is for recording the notes if required.
It is suggested that a similar check list may be prepared for each project
as it will help the project manager to complete project execution in the
